Registration Accuracy: When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid Practice Licence, a primary email address, and pharmacy details. 1.3. Verification Process: All registrations are subject to an internal screening and approval process. ResQ-Script reserves the right to deny access to any applicant who fails to meet our verification criteria or regulatory standards.
2. Use of the Service
2.1. Emergency Criteria: Users agree to generate ResQ-Scripts only when the criteria for an emergency chronic medication situation are met, in accordance with local laws and ethical guidelines. 2.2. Clinical Judgment: The pharmacist remains the sole clinical decision-maker. ResQ-Script provides the platform to facilitate the renewal, but the responsibility for verifying the patient's need and safety rests entirely with the dispensing pharmacist. 2.3. Onboarding: Approved users must complete the provided video tutorials and training materials before generating scripts to ensure the platform is used correctly and legally.
3. Account Security
3.1. Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (email and password). 3.2. Unauthorized Use: You must immediately notify ResQ-Script of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1. Ownership: All content on this website and portal, including but not limited to the ResQ-Script name, logo, software, and video tutorials, is the property of ResQ-Script and is protected by intellectual property laws. 4.2. Restricted Use: You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our training materials or platform interface without express written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1. Service Provided "As-Is": ResQ-Script provides a platform to bridge the gap between patients and care. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific doctor or the outcome of any clinical interaction. 5.2. No Liability for Professional Error: ResQ-Script shall not be held liable for any damages, medical complications, or legal issues arising from a pharmacist’s clinical decision or the misuse of the platform. 5.3. Technical Interruptions: While we strive for 100% uptime, we are not liable for any losses resulting from temporary technical interruptions or maintenance.
6. Data & Privacy
6.1. Privacy Policy: Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we handle authentication data and analytics. 6.2. Data Caching: You acknowledge that the portal uses caching for authentication purposes to maintain secure sessions.
7. Termination
7.1. Right to Terminate: ResQ-Script reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have breached these terms, acted unethically, or if your professional licence has expired or been revoked.
8. Governing Law
8.1. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region.
